While making my rounds this morning for the #nextinshow I came across this creative dance called the Sam B. Well, it was taken from Sam B an America's Got Talent contestant who didn't make it far. It's creative, energetic and a great workout.
So for those of you who can't dance DO DA SAM B... hahaha
