Odd Future have been on the road for a few weeks now for their North American Tour, hitting places like Toronto, Miami and New York where long lost child, Earl Sweatshirt for his epic comeback. Check out footage below. For every city, a sweatshop pops up.
Director Darren Lynn Bousman has created what some are saying is this eras "Rocky Horror Picture Show". This March horror flick fans are getting a treat with The Devil's Carnival. The plot is as is; upon entering the carnival visitors are forced to relive their worst sins in repetition. I would assume as rides? As I hear it some character backgrounds are a kleptomaniac, a teenager and a crazy dad. Let's see what Lucifer and his goons have in store. Enjoy! @uwantleroyslife

Frank Ocean has had one hell of a year as a new artist, and he wasnt even nominated in the category. It's ok because what the mainstream doesn't know is that Odd Future affiliate has been named the opening act on part of Coldplay's Europe tour. Aside from that he will release the followup to his unofficially official debut album nostalgia, ultra. Frank Ocean has already been recognized as one of the hottest writers in the game and it's only the beginning.
You might have heard scruffy west side rapper, Speak featured on tracks with Juicy J and A$AP Mob. He let his face shine when he made his cameo in the viral video Gucci Gucci by affiliate Kreayshawn. A few years ago before Wiz Khalifa was Young Khalifa aka Stoner Of The Year, Speak actually toured with the Taylor Gang and opened shows for them. This morning he releases a fresh album for free. Happy Valentines Day from Speakz!!!

This morning I woke up to a ridiculous email from the music platform SongKick. It said that Bon Iver, infamous for his haunting features on Kanye West's last album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, will be playing a show next week at an undisclosed location in Los Angeles, CA. This news threw me off, and what's more is no one knows how to get tickets yet. Next In Show will find a way. Another strange thing is under Additional Details all it says is Tour Name: Awesome Awesomeness Either way, something amazing is going down Thursday February 16, 2012. Stay Tuned...
In just a few short months, Coldplay's album Mylo Xyloto, has already achieved platinum status worldwide. It is now time to take that success across North America. They will hit arenas in the U.S. beginning in April and ending in August. The group also has international tour dates available already.

It hasn't been confirmed yet, but Radiohead has been highly rumored to headline Coachella in 2012. Goldenvoice, the company which hosts the festival, has decided to plan a 2 weekend event. 2-weekends/6 days of music and madness. It is still unclear if same bands/set list will be duplicated for both weekends. No Doubt is another "Return of the Rockstars" band that is rumored to make an appearance at the festival. Radiohead has just released their US & Europe Tour Dates. I think this is where the rumors began.

If you notice the tour seems to come to a stop, conveniently right before Coachella takes place in April. *Update* Radiohead has confirmed a show in New Mexico on April 17th, which is the week in between both Coachella weekends... Speculation at this point, but don't forget where you heard it first. COACHELLA 2012! #nextinshow

Araabmuzik is no stranger to the hip hop world as a super producer and a mpc killer. But who knew he could be an artist himself to go with it. Since taring up beat battles and devoting his early career to Dipset, Araabmuzik now has his own album out Electronic Dream. The album is amazing from start to finish. In his early 20's now, he has begun his first World Tour and has since shut down every show. His live performance I can only imagine was orgasmic on an LA rooftop. Don't miss out.
Drake is going back on tour, 'Sooner than Later'(drake pun). Unofficially announced through HHU is the Club Paradise Tour, which Drake is Headlining. I'm guessing he hasn't released the news himself yet because he doesn't have the type of buzz he is expecting for his album release. Headlines is a great track, but I believe people are expecting more from him right now. That's a lot of pressure for any 24 year old guy to handle.
Touring alongside him as opening acts are A$APRocky and Kendrick Lamar. This tour will be memorable. Leaders of the new school coming together to provide musical bliss. Only 6 shows have gone on sale so far. Also look out for Drake performing on Saturday Night Live October 15th and Take Care in stores October 24th. stay tuned to #nextinshow for any updates.
UPDATE: Drake just announced his sophomore project Take Care is now slated for a November 15th release date. The new found sweater connoisssuer reveals sample clearances for the reason of the projects delay. Drake breaks down the situation below via his OVO Blog.
The new date for Take Care is November 15th, 2011. I managed to create this album in my hometown of Toronto and the thoughts and stories I wanted to get across just became so clear. It truly felt like when I was here 3 years ago making So Far Gone. So I have completed 19 songs (17 on physical and 2 on bonus), and have run into a roadblock of clearing 3 samples in time to make the October 24th date. My options were to take the songs off and make the birthday release happen, or to take an extra couple weeks to get the paper work right and give you the album they way I NEED you to hear it. The choice was clear as day for me.
November 15th you will get Take Care the exact way I created it with no trimmings. This music means too much to me to get attached to dates and I do apologize for the delay but I promise that it is only for the benefit of our experience together. Club Paradise Tour will also be moved to when students are back from the Christmas/New Year break so that I can get to more schools. New dates will be released in the next week…see you all soon.
